LEGO MARVEL's Avengers

Game Overview

LEGO Marvel's Avengers brings the cinematic power of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) to the Nintendo Wii U. Released in early 2016, the game allows players to experience the blockbusting events of six blockbuster MCU films, featuring authentic voice clips, cinematic set pieces, and a roster of over 200 playable Marvel heroes and villains.

The Wii U version utilizes the GamePad hardware to deliver seamless local two-player cooperative play without splitting the TV screen—one player plays on the television while the second player views their independent perspective on the GamePad touchscreen. Players can explore open-world hub locations including Manhattan, Asgard, Wakanda, and Malibu, while executing powerful team-up combo attacks, executing heroic puzzle-solving, and unlocking various suit variants across Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
